Terms and Conditions for Jess Henning's Coaching Services, Cohort, Membership, and Design Services:

1. Agreement Overview
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which you (the “Client”) agree to work with Jess Henning (the “Service Provider”) in relation to coaching services, cohort programs, membership programs, and design services. By engaging with any of these services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services Provided
Coaching Services: Includes one-on-one coaching sessions, personalized guidance, and support for book launching, brand strategy, and more.
Cohort Program: Group-based coaching provided over a specified duration (e.g., 90 days) with access to live coaching, training materials, and a community of peers.
Membership Program: Ongoing support for author-preneurs, including training, community engagement, and regular content updates.
Design Services: Personal brand design, website design, branding strategy, email marketing design, and other related services.

3. Payment Terms
Coaching and Cohort Programs: Payment is due upon enrollment in the program unless a payment plan has been agreed upon. All fees are non-refundable once the program begins.
Membership: Membership fees are billed on a monthly or annual basis, as agreed upon at the time of registration. Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Design Services: Client will receive a separate contract outlining deposit requirements and payment deadlines as per the payment milestones agreed upon in the project proposal.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Coaching Services: Meeting cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Failure to provide notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee.
Cohort Programs: No refunds will be issued once the cohort has begun. Exceptions may apply for medical or personal emergencies at the discretion of the Service Provider.
Membership: You may cancel your membership at any time, but refunds will not be issued for any unused portion of your membership term.
Design Services: Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Client will receive a separate contract that further outlines the full cancellation policy.

5. Client Responsibilities
Coaching and Cohort Programs: The Client agrees to actively participate in the program, complete any pre-assigned work, and communicate openly with the Service Provider.
Membership: The Client agrees to engage with the content and community in a respectful and professional manner.
Design Services: The Client agrees to provide necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner to ensure project deadlines are met.

6. Confidentiality
The Service Provider agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information shared by the Client during the course of their engagement. Similarly, the Client agrees not to disclose any proprietary materials, methods, or information provided by the Service Provider.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and designs created by the Service Provider during the course of the engagement remain the intellectual property of the Service Provider. Design clients will receive a separate agreement for license to use the designs for their intended purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider will not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the services provided. The Client agrees that the Service Provider's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service.

9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination by the Client, the Client remains responsible for payment of services rendered up to the date of termination.

10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under this agreement will be resolved through negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas.

11. Governing Law
This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Amendments
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client in writing.

13. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with the services provided by Jess Henning, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
